Client Engagement Professional (Boston, MA)

EnergySavvy is looking to add a Client Engagement Professional to an amazing team. Our cloud software helps electric and gas utilities modernize and improve customer experiences as the energy industry undergoes a period of fundamental transformation. If you’re passionate about cleantech and interested in enterprise software support, you’ll thrive as a Client Engagement Professional at EnergySavvy.

As a Client Engagement Professional, you will help our customers use our software to the fullest potential. You will be the go-to resource for customers and internal stakeholders for insight on how our software works and what it can do. You will learn the software inside out and work with customers and developers to help grow our software in an environment with rapid deployments and constant innovation.

Our client engagement team’s background includes technical project management and software implementation consulting. We hire proven rock stars in these fields, but we also make bets on promising up-and-comers that have shown massive success in other fields or academia. This position will be based in our Seattle office.

You will develop an in-depth knowledge and expertise of the industry and individuals utilities and leverage that expertise to analyze current challenges, conduct industry research, formulate multi-faceted solutions and build cross-functional consensus from Executive to individual contribute levels within the organization.

Client Engagement Manager - Customer Experience Transformation (Seattle)

EnergySavvy is looking for a Client Engagement Manager (CEM) to lead and support strategic services engagements for our clients as part of our Customer Experience Transformation (CXT) practice.  EnergySavvy’s customer base faces a wide range of operational, organizational and regulatory challenges and this role will be responsible for identifying/clarifying challenges, defining innovative and practical solutions and leading the successful execution/implementation of the solutions on behalf of our customers.

Our software helps homeowners and business owners increase their energy efficiency, addressing a major source of energy waste in this country. EnergySavvy is making a positive impact on the world and we’re looking to add to an amazing team.

As a Customer Experience Transformation CEM, you will leverage your Utilities-based operational skills to work closely with senior leadership and individual contributors to quickly establish credibility, conduct complex, data-base analysis and map/design customer-facing processes that will materially impact the business and improve customer satisfaction.  You will be responsible for defining and quantifying industry best practices, communicating and building consensus for your recommendations across entire organizations and bringing this knowledge back into EnergySavvy to help drive the future of our products and services.

Success requires extensive operational (or comparable consulting) experience, comfort working in highly ambiguous environments and confidence and presence to command/lead an audience of diverse (and often divided) stake holders to a solution.
