Client Engagement Professional (Seattle, WA)

EnergySavvy is looking to add a Client Engagement Professional to an amazing team. Our cloud software helps electric and gas utilities modernize and improve customer experiences as the energy industry undergoes a period of fundamental transformation. If you’re passionate about cleantech and interested in enterprise software support, you’ll thrive as a Client Engagement Professional at EnergySavvy.

As a Client Engagement Professional, you will help our customers use our software to the fullest potential. You will be the go-to resource for customers and internal stakeholders for insight on how our software works and what it can do. You will learn the software inside out and work with customers and developers to help grow our software in an environment with rapid deployments and constant innovation.

Our client engagement team’s background includes technical project management and software implementation consulting. We hire proven rock stars in these fields, but we also make bets on promising up-and-comers that have shown massive success in other fields or academia. Client Engagement Manager - Customer Experience Transformation (Seattle, WA)

EnergySavvy is looking for a Client Engagement Manager (CEM) to lead and support strategic services engagements for our clients as part of our Customer Experience Transformation (CXT) practice.  EnergySavvy’s customer base faces a wide range of operational, organizational and regulatory challenges and this role will be responsible for identifying/clarifying challenges, defining innovative and practical solutions and leading the successful execution/implementation of the solutions on behalf of our customers.

Our software helps homeowners and business owners increase their energy efficiency, addressing a major source of energy waste in this country. EnergySavvy is making a positive impact on the world and we’re looking to add to an amazing team.

As a Customer Experience Transformation CEM, you will leverage your Utilities-based operational skills to work closely with senior leadership and individual contributors to quickly establish credibility, conduct complex, data-base analysis and map/design customer-facing processes that will materially impact the business and improve customer satisfaction.  You will be responsible for defining and quantifying industry best practices, communicating and building consensus for your recommendations across entire organizations and bringing this knowledge back into EnergySavvy to help drive the future of our products and services.

Success requires extensive operational (or comparable consulting) experience, comfort working in highly ambiguous environments and confidence and presence to command/lead an audience of diverse (and often divided) stake holders to a solution.

Technical Program Manager

EnergySavvy is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the growth and evolution of our Workflow Automation product and platform reporting solutions across our product suite. In this role you’ll work to improve current product offerings for our clients and propel integration across the EnergySavvy product suite. You’ll be guiding development on a product that has already helped revolutionize the way utilities, customers, lenders, and contractors execute energy efficiency programs. Our software transforms the way customers engage with their utilities and helps them understand how their actions affect energy use.

We’re looking for a problem-solver with a track record of project management and a real passion for building new features and extending live products. Your role will be to work with a team of hard-working developers to translate internal and external customer needs into finished products.

If you’re a self-starter eager to learn and build your career in software program management with a history of delivering results with a collaborative team, you’ll fit right in with us.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
  • Analyze and translate market and business requirements into specific software requirements, functional specifications, implementation-level details, and software releases.
  • Work with product management, design, and development team members to collaboratively solve challenges.
  • Set and deliver on your product’s roadmap.
  • Coordinate activities between clients, sales, and engineering to ensure delivery on business and technical requirements.
  • Track and manage the success of your product and client growth, quality metrics, feature delivery, and other key performance indicators.
  • Support sales and client engagement teams with your deep product understanding via client visits, phone calls, and other client-focused interactions.
  • Drive the creation of new products and product features.
  • Grow client satisfaction through product planning, consistent delivery, and clear consistent communication.
For success in this position, you will bring the following skills and experiences:
  • One to three years of experience in project management, program management or similar roles.
  • A dream to take on new roles and challenges while learning quickly in an agile environment.
  • Experience with software development processes and the ability to turn customer requests into comprehensive requirements.
  • Experience or interest in API design methodology.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools and/or SQL.
  • Ability to present clearly for small and large groups.
  • Proven, successful interactions with customers and/or end users is helpful.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • BS in Computer Science or relevant experience is preferred.
