Message from the EnergySavvy CEO: Our New Website

EnergySavvy website

As a member of the EnergySavvy community, I’m excited to share our newly launched EnergySavvy.com website with you. Not only does the site have a refreshed look and feel, we also hope that it communicates three key ideas about how we try to serve you, our clients and partners every day.

Focused Solely on Utility Business Needs

Each day, our objective is to be focused entirely on your business needs in the utility industry and helping you achieve successful customer outcomes. Whether you are leveraging our software, services, or are a partner, our goal is to always say YES. To make it easier to learn how we can help, we’ve now reorganized our solutions content to be focused on top utility challenges, organized by both role and need.

Giving You a Fundamental Technology Advantage

As you know, EnergySavvy continues to invest heavily in our core utility customer experience platform each year. Realizing that the hardest part of nearly any engagement solution is data unification and analytics, in 2016 we rebuilt our core platform to deliver a modern, enterprise foundation for big data, energy analytics and operational use cases across the utility enterprise. Fully deployed since last year, we are now seeing clients take advantage of this technology to launch powerful and valuable solutions across every part of the customer experience–at previously unthinkable speeds. All of this is due to the technology advantage our platform provides to the market.

Broader Utility Use Cases

When you mix a keen focus on utility business success and a fundamental technology advantage through our platform, what do you get? You get the ability to solve a much broader set of utility customer experience use cases and confidence in the key outcomes. With our new website, it’s now easier to see what’s possible with EnergySavvy, how we do it, and find important resources from your many industry peers that are enjoying success with us.

Thank you for checking it out and please do not hesitate to reach out with feedback—we’d love to hear from you!

Best,

Aaron Goldfeder
