We’re excited to be honored with an Analytics 50 award by Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business by our work in the utility analytics space! Our Utility Customer Experience (UCX) platform enables utilities, for the first time, to deepen customer relationships through insights, messages and offers that are specifically relevant and systematically delivered through any engagement channel to each customer–made possible through advanced analytics and AI.
As part of its emphasis on academic-industry collaboration, Drexel University’s Center for Business Analytics recognizes 50 organizations across multiple industries using analytics in notable and innovative ways to solve business problems. The recognized companies span across insurance, sports, transportation, retail, healthcare, and other industries. EnergySavvy joins other Analytics 50 companies including: Honda, PATH, Southwest Airlines, and TBS.
“EnergySavvy has been working with utility companies for almost a decade and has a deep understanding of utility data. We not only can derive deep insights from data, but also apply it to utility customer engagement through highly personalized next best actions. That’s where the magic is,” said Kalpana Narayanaswamy, VP of Engineering at EnergySavvy.
Using EnergySavvy’s UCX platform, National Grid USA was better able to reach their low-income customers with the best fit offer, resulting in a 120% higher enrollment in key programs. Based on the pilot success, National Grid is expanding the personalization solution beyond their 650,000 LMI customers to reach more than 2 million customers in Massachusetts and Rhode Island this spring.
