*Note: Rocky Mountain Power’s proposed changes have been approved by the Public Service Commission of Wyoming. The changes will become effective beginning October 1, 2011. Rocky Mountain Power offers the Home Energy Savings Program for their residential Wyoming customers to improve the energy efficiency of their homes. Incentives are available for energy efficient clothes washers, refrigerators, dishwashers, water heaters, lighting, evaporative coolers, central AC units, heat pumps, heating/cooling tune-ups, duct sealing, insulation upgrades, and windows. All appliances and windows must be Energy Star and all other equipment must meet certain energy efficient standards listed on the program website. Interested customers should consult the program website for eligibility, participating retailers, and program applications. Incentive applications must be submitted, accompanied by an itemized invoice, within 90 days of equipment purchase or installation.
Rebates are also available to contractors who install the eligible equipment. More Information: Rocky Mountain Power Website
