Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power offers incentives to gas customers who install energy efficient equipment in existing homes. Incentives are available for home energy audits, tank water heaters, tankless water heaters, boilers, furnaces, insulation, duct sealing, infiltration control and newly constructed homes.  Generally, equipment purchases and installation must be completed between June 9, 2011 and June 8, 2012. Project completion paperwork must be received by July 6, 2012. Customers must send copies of receipts with application for energy efficiency incentives to the address identified on the program application. Certain equipment efficiency requirements must be met to receive the $1,500 incentive, while specified HERS ratings must be met in order to receive rebates under the top tiers.
