Clark Public Utilities offers financing available to its customers for the purchase and installation of residential solar equipment. Loans up to $10,000 are available for solar pool heaters and solar water heaters and up to $30,000 for photovoltaic systems.
Solar water and pool heater loans have a maximum term of 60 months while solar PV has a maximum term of 84 months. All loans have an interest rate of 5.25%. Solar pool and water heater loans are only applicable to customers currently using electricity to heat water.
In addition, Clark Public Utilities offers a rebate program for eligible solar water heating systems.
