Grant County PUD assists residential customers who wish to increase the efficiency of their homes by providing financing for a variety of improvements. 10-year loans with an interest rate of 4% are available for the following measures:
- Underfloor and HVAC duct insulation
- Ceiling insulation
- Door replacement
- Single-pane window replacement for site-built homes
- Heat pump upgrade from an electric furnace in a site-built home or manufactured home
