Pacific Power offers incentives for residential customers to improve the energy efficiency of homes through the Home Energy Savings Program. Rebates are provided for various Energy Star rated appliances. Appliances include clothes washers, refrigerators, dishwashers, room air conditioners, and water heaters. Rebates are also available for certain weatherization measures and HVAC equipment. Eligible technologies include insulation, windows, central air conditioning, heat pumps, evaporative coolers, and duct sealing. Insulation rebates are only available for existing homes, because new homes would already be meeting the program objectives by adhering to the Washington building code. All appliances and equipment must meet certain energy efficiency standards stated on the program website.

Rebates are also available to contractors who install the eligible equipment.
