The Energy Star New Home Rebate Program provides a $1,000 - 1,500 award for all-electric homes that meet the specific standards listed on the program web site. Homes must be built by an Energy Star-certified builder, and third-party verification is required for all energy-efficient measures.

The Home Improvement Rebate Program offers rebates for a variety of energy-efficient equipment. In order to qualify for these rebates, customers must use a listed GVEC contractor. Rebates are available for cooling/heating systems, attic and wall insulation, energy efficient windows and window solar screens/films, duct system replacement, water heaters, and Energy Star appliances. Applications must be submitted online at the Rebate Center. Please see web site and appropriate forms for more program information and requirements.
