United Cooperative Services offers a one-time rebate program for new home construction and retrofit upgrades. The following equipment are eligible under United's Rebate Program:

  • Air-Source Heat Pumps
  • Dual Fuel Heat Pumps
  • Ground Source Heat Pumps
  • Waste Heat Recovery System
  • Programmable Thermostats
  • Room Air Conditioners
  • Water Heaters
  • Attic Insulation
Water heater rebates can only be applied to electric water heaters installed in new homes. Efficient homes may be eligible for a $150 or $500 rebate if the home meets program standards. Maximum incentives are capped at $1,200 per home. To be eligible for the rebate program, rebate forms and accompanying documentation must be submitted within 60 days of the completion of construction and/or installation.
