Winchester Utilities offers the Energy Right Heat Pump Loan Program and the Energy Right Water Heater Rebate Program. They offer incentives for residential customers to increase the energy efficiency of eligible homes through the Energy Right Rebate Program. Rebates are available for new electric water heaters, heat pumps, and new homes which meet the Energy Right requirements. Heat pumps must be installed by an approved heating/air-conditioning contractor.
