Winchester Utilities offers the Energy Right Heat Pump Loan Program, the Energy Right Water Heater Rebate Program, and the Energy Right New Homes Program in collaboration with the Tennessee Valley Authority. They offer incentives for residential customers to increase the energy efficiency of their homes through the Energy Right Rebate Program. Rebates are available for new electric water heaters, heat pumps with a SEER rating of 11 or greater, and new homes which meet the Energy Right requirements. Heat pump must be installed by an approved heating/air-conditioning contractor.
