Southwest Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation (STEMC), in collaboration with The Tennessee Valley Authority, offers water heater rebates for residential customers. View the program web site for more information.

In addition, STEMC offers TVA's energy right heat pump loan program. STEMC offers free underground service to each certified energy right® New Home. Certain energy efficiency standards must be met in order to receive incentives or loans.
