Philadelphia Gas Works: Residential EnergySense Program

Philadelphia Gas Works' (PGW) Enhanced Low Income Retrofit Program expands on PGW’s previous Conservation Works Program, which has provided residential retrofits to PGW’s low-income customers for 20 years.  Low income qualified high energy users enrolled in PGW’s Customer Responsibility Program (CRP) are selected by PGW to receive a free energy audit that could include: air-sealing, attic/wall insulation, compact fluorescent lamps (CFL), and high-efficiency windows and heating equipment repair/replacement.  Additionally, all PGW residential or small business customers are eligible to receive Residential Heating Equipment Rebates for boilers, furnaces, and programmable thermostats.
