Eugene Water and Electric Board (EWEB) provides cash incentives to help residential customers increase the energy efficiency of homes through several different rebate programs. The Home Comfort Program provides home energy information, energy use education and a customized list of energy saving measures designed to upgrade the efficiency and comfort of electrically heated homes. A financial facet of this program provides cash rebates worth $1 per square foot for Energy Star rated thermal windows.

The Home Appliance Rebate Program provides rebates to encourage residential customers to purchase energy efficient clothes washers, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, and water heaters. Participating customers need to submit a sales receipt along with the program application.

The Comfort SEAL Program will contribute up to $370 towards ductwork for electric customers with electric forced air heat, a heat pump, or central air conditioning in either a site-built home or a mobile home. Additionally, The Centsible Heat Pump Program provides a $1,000 rebate to customers who install energy efficient heat pumps. Rebate is not available to customers with gas or oil furnaces.
