City of Ashland Conservation Division has zero-interest loans to help its residential customers finance energy efficiency improvements to homes. The maximum loan amount is $7,500. The loans can be used for a variety of energy saving projects, including solar water heaters, heat pump systems, duct sealing or replacement, replacement windows, and weatherization measures.
