Portland General Electric's (PGE) Heat Pump Rebate Program offers residential customers a $200 rebate for an energy-efficient heat pump installed by a PGE-approved contractor. The rebate is also available for replacing older, inefficient heat pumps. The rebate is not available to customers with systems that use natural gas as the back-up heat source. See the program web site for additional incentives that might apply.
