The Energy Trust of Oregon offers a variety of incentives and services through their Home Energy Solutions program. All equipment eligible for incentives needs to meet the efficiency requirements stated in the program guidelines. In addition to individual product incentives, Energy Trust also provides bonus cash incentives to customers who install multiple energy saving products.

The first step to participate in this program is to contact Energy Trust and schedule a free home energy review with an Energy Trust home energy advisor. The advisor will analyze the home's energy use, recommend energy-saving measures, install up to four free compact fluorescent bulbs, and advise the homeowner on how to take advantage of Oregon's Residential Energy Tax Credit. After the new measures have been installed by a licensed trade ally contractor, the Energy Trust may request a follow-up inspection to verify the installation of all measures for which an incentive has been requested. To be eligible for these incentives, the home must be located within the service territory of Portland General Electric, Pacific Power, NW Natural, or Cascade Natural Gas.

In addition to incentives mentioned above, Energy Trust has various limited-time offers for home energy efficiency improvements. Details about these incentives can be found on Energy Trust's Promotions page.
