Consolidated Electric Cooperative provides rebates to residential customers who install electric water heaters, dual-fuel heating system or geothermal heat pumps. A dual-fuel heating systems consists of a new electric heat pump and a gas or oil furnace. The furnace will only activate when the outside temperature is below freezing, thereby increasing efficiency of the overall system. One application form is available for both the Geothermal and Duel Fuel System Rebates. The Electric Water Heater Rebate is located on a separate rebate form on the Consolidated Electric Cooperative web site.

To ensure eligibility, contact Consolidated Electric Cooperative and complete required paperwork before installing a new system. After verifying eligibility and completing the system installation, Consolidated Electric Cooperative will send a rebate check. Check the program web site for additional details.
