Butler Rural Electric Cooperative: Energy Efficiency Improvement Loan Program

Butler Rural Electric Cooperative, Inc. provides low interest loans (3%) for members to make energy efficiency improvements in eligible homes. There is a $15 application fee for all loans plus additional closing costs (typically under $100). No work that is to be paid for by loan funds should be done before the loan is approved.
