Through the SAVEGREEN Project, New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG) provides an On-Bill Repayment Program. Qualified customers can borrow $2,500-$10,000 at 0% APR fixed rate for 10 years with no fees, points or closing costs. Additional restrictions and requirements exist. NJNG's On-Bill Repayment Program can also fund up to $5,000 for the installation of a high-efficiency furnace or boiler over a five-year period. After the installation is complete, customers will receive a free Home Performance with Energy Star audit performed by a NJNG Building Performance Institute-certified home energy auditor. Opportunities may also be available for additional energy-efficiency upgrades implemented identified by the audit.
