Progress Energy Carolinas offers Energy Efficiency Financing to homeowners who are interested in improving the energy efficiency of their homes through measures like cooling systems, storm windows and doors, insulation and more.
The loans range from $2,500 to $20,000 and can be paid back over the course of 10 years. They are administered through Volt VIEWtech and are backed my Fannie Mae.
