Xcel Energy (Electric and Gas): Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Rebates

In order to receive incentives participants must be both natural gas and electric Minnesota residential customers. Customers receive a reduced priced energy audit, and then implement at least five energy efficiency improvements: three mandatory and two optional. The rebate amount will then depend on the measures chosen.

Home Performance Rebate with ENERGY STAR requires a $60 audit before measures can be implemented and refunded. The Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Program provides higher incentives for furnaces, boilers, A/C, and water heaters than does the Heating and Cooling Rebates Program.
