The Efficiency United and Energy Optimization Programs provide residential electric and gas incentives, as well as the "Energy Depot," a set of online tools and resources to help manage home energy use and costs. Energy Depot is a free resource providing a home energy audit; homeowners can quickly estimate the annual energy use and cost of home energy systems and appliances.
