Linn County Rural Electric Cooperative: Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Linn County Rural Electric Cooperative Association (Linn County RECA) is a member-owned cooperative. To encourage energy efficiency, Linn County offers a number of rebates to residential customers. Owners of both newly constructed homes and existing homes are eligible for similar rebates on geothermal heat pumps, air source heat pumps, central air conditioning, lighting equipment, building insulation, electric water heaters, and various Energy Star appliances. An appliance recycling rebate is also offered to owners of existing homes. Building insulation incentives apply to ceiling, attic, wall, and foundation insulation.
