Empire Electric Association, Inc. and Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. will pay credits to residential Empire Electric consumers who install efficient air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps, water heaters, resistance heating equipment and appliances. Credits are available for all equipment which meets the stated program requirements. Equipment efficiency standards are provided on the program brochure.
