Turlock Irrigation District (TID) offers a residential rebate program for customers who install energy-efficient equipment in their homes. Eligible equipment includes
- Energy Star Refrigerators
- Energy Star Washers
- Energy Star Room Air Conditioners
- Compact Fluorescent bulbs
- Sunscreens
To be eligible for the rebates, applications (including proof of purchase) must be received within 6 months. In addition, TID offers a New Residential Construction Rebate Program for $500, incentivizing builders to adopt energy efficiency measures; requirements and additional information may be found on the website listed above.
