UniSource Energy Services (UES) offers rebates to electric customers for the installation of air conditioners and heat pumps, as well as offering gas customers incentives on energy efficient equipment. The Efficient Home Heating Program provides rebates towards the purchase of qualifying high-efficiency natural gas equipment, replacing older, inefficient furnaces. The new furnace must have a minimum efficiency rating of 90 AFUE. Once the equipment is installed, the contractor must turn in a completed application with proof of purchase (copy of the paid invoice) to UniSource Energy Services within 90 days of equipment installation. After UES verifies the equipment efficiency, the rebate will be issued to the customer within 60 days of receipt of the application.

Additionally, UES has partnered with local retailers and lighting manufacturers to bring UES customers discounted pricing on energy-efficient lighting. For more information and to locate participating retailers, visit the program web site.
