Beyond Energy LLC and Tim Guillama are accredited by the Wisconsin Energy Conservation Corporation and authorized to provide services for programs such as the, Focus on Energy New Homes program, Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program, and National ENERGY STAR program. 

Tim Guillama of Beyond Energy is a BPI certified building analyst.  What this means is that we’ve not only received training and passed certain national home energy rating tests, but we’re completely unbiased in our test results because we have no interest in anything other than letting you know what actually needs to be completed to your home despite us having over 20 years of hands on construction experience from remodeling to building 10 family condominium units.  Beyond Energy also supplies our customers a prequalified list of professionals who are familiar with the testing we do and have also completed certain trainings to ensure they know what we’re referring to in our reports and proper installation techniques. This offers our customers a complete package of services to ensure your project reaches completion.

In addition we are also a RESNET certified rater member that has achieved the RESNET seal of quality and is authorized to provide, builders- testing services to help them achieve EPAct tax credits for homes that achieve a 50 percent energy savings for heating and cooling over the 2004 International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) and supplements. 

All this stems from an extensive background in residential and light residential commercial construction.  I started in the trades as a grunt concrete laborer and worked my way through the housing industry always wanting to improve and asking why. This has lead to over twenty years experience in the housing industry not only as labor, but manager, supervisor, licensed building inspector, rental weatherization inspector, presenter, and consultant. 

In order to remain in good standing and provide the services we do; we go through numerous building science courses throughout the year adding up to countless hours of continuing education which are needed to stay on top of an ever changing industry.

We are current members of BPI, RESNET, a Focus on Energy ally, and the Delafield chamber of commerce.
