CASE DESIGN is a group of architects and builders in Seattle, Washington.   We create the kind of homes we’d like to live in ourselves- filled with light, energy-efficient, healthy, and connected to their surroundings.  We value high-performance design that does more with less, and that gives something back to the neighborhood.   We build our own designs whenever we can, because it’s more fun that way as well as more efficient.  Most of our projects use a combination of green technologies- passive solar design, rainwater harvesting, Green roofs, Solar water heating, heat recovery ventilation, and radiant floors.  We’re currently designing and building modular and passive-house projects, as well as mixed-use transit-oriented development.
