As a BPI Certified Contractor we specialize in Energy Audits, Installation/Retrofit of homes to reduce energy costs: Air Sealing, Duct Sealing, Combustion Appliance (CAZ) Testing, HVAC Evaluation, Service and Swap out's, Water Saving mesaures and Insulation Installation. Also a proud Licensed Installer of "Air Krete Foam Insulation" (www.airkrete.com) since 2007.
Futhermore we are a participating "Energy Star Home Performance Contractor" through the SCE&G Rebate program.
We have over 15 years experience in the Residential Construction Trade: Newer and Historical Renovations and Additions w/ Energy Savings as a Prority is a specialty.
All work is completed by our in house professionally trained crews. No Subcontractors complete the work except for specialized Electrical and HVAC Work.
