As a BPI Certified Building Analyst, Envelope Specialist, Heating Professional and a Certified HERS (Home Energy Rating System) Energy Star Rater, Jack Towne can offer Comprehensive Home Energy Assessments for both new and existing homes.  His expertise ranges from diagnosing comfort issues, ice damming problems and frozen pipes to performing Comprehensive Home Energy Audits and New Home Energy Star Ratings.   Through NEBPA, clients can qualify for New York State Programs including Grants, Rebates and low interest Finance Programs as well as Federal Tax Credits that help offset the cost of energy improvements.
