Shamrock Inc is a well-respected leader in heating, air conditioning and electrical services serving New Jersey and the Tri-State area. Our company consist of five groups: new residential construction, electrical (License #7599-B), commercial construction, the service division and the private homes group. Shamrock maintains relations with all the major heating and air conditioning suppliers. We favor certain manufacturers depending on the equipment required to fill a specific need. Equipment is evaluated by management as it relates to quality, warranty coverage and a price that benefits the ultimate consumer.

Shamrock recommends the use of high efficiency equipment due to environmental concerns and the long range value to the customers.

Private Homes Group
The private homes group do the special jobs, like yours. We realize that your home is special to you and that is the way we will treat it. During the initial meeting with one of our representatives a survey of your home will be completed and various types of equipment may be discussed. The survey will be evaluated by Shamrock's team of experts and a formal proposal detailing the composition of the work will be prepared. Our representative will return to discuss our recommendations and provide references.
Our installers are neat, knowledgeable and courteous. Quite honestly, we feel they are the best available. All work is done in accordance with state and local building codes. Shamrock will obtain necessary work permits on your behalf.

Upon completion of the job, you will receive a customer satisfaction survey to let us know if we achieved our goal of "100% Customer Satisfaction".

Service Division
Shamrock's service division provides warranty coverage for all installations, along with repairs and maintenance on all brands of equipment.  A large parts inventory is maintained at our modern facility and our EPA certified technicians are continuously updated on technological improvements. Service agreements for residential and commercial customers are a specialty at Shamrock. Each can be tailored to meet the needs of the individual. Service agreement and warranty customers receive priority service all the time via a 24 hour answering service.

Residential New Construction
Shamrock's residential division contracts with home builders. They perform jobs ranging from single custom homes to large tract housing projects. Zoning is a specialty, all ductwork is fabricated at our facility and deadlines are consistently met.

COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION
Shamrock's commercial division contracts with builders or owners of commercial structures. They can assist in the design of a new system for an expanding building, replace existing equipment or design, provide and install equipment for a new structure.
