Bergen County Community Action Partnership, Inc. (BCCAP) has made over 2000 homes in Bergen County New Jersey more energy efficient. We have six Residential Building Analysts and five field crews providing weatherization services. Our Training Center provides a 200 hour program for production mechanics and field technicians with a strong emphasis on field experience.
