Blue Ridge Home Energy Performance Analysis, LLC (BRHEPA) conducts home energy audits  to help homeowners attain higher levels of energy efficiency and sustainability, increase the durability of their home, and enhance occupants' health and safety.  We also perform HERS ratings.  We can provide these ratings for either builders seeking Energy Star certification of a house under construction or for homeowners pursuing eligibility for Energy Efficiency or Energy Improvement Mortgages, reduced utilities rates, or enhanced realty listings.   Additionally, BRHEPA can conduct 3rd-party solar site assessments to help homeowners optimize the placement of photovoltaic (PV) or solar hot water (SHW) panels.  Certifications: BPI Building Analyst, BPI Envelope Professional, RESNET Energy Rater.  Fully Insured.
