Green Market Solutions is a Maryland-based energy services company that helps implement and market residential energy efficiency programs.   Green Market Solutions (GMS) is a leading contractor in the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® Programs for Pepco, BGE, SMECO & Delmarva Power utilities in Maryland.  As part of the HPwES program, GMS performs BPI-certified energy audits and installs energy efficiency upgrades to residential homes.

It is our commitment to provide all customers with thorough and educational home performance assessments (energy audits) and cost effective energey efficiency upgrades (retrofits). At the end of each assessment, we provide our customers with a comprehensive report, detailing a unique, prioritized solution for your home that will achieve the greatest energy savings with shortest possible payback period. We even complete all rebate forms on your behalf to make sure the all incentive rebate payments are received by our customers as fast as possible. After all energy efficiency upgrades are performed, a Home Performance Specialist will re-visit your home for free to verify that the energy savings were achieved.
