We do not sell windows, insulation or heating systems, we show how they impact the home.  Using blower doors, duct blaster, CO testing, gas sensing equipment we measure the actual way the home functions.  Then we break it down so that the home owner is able to see how to cost effectively improve the homes energy performance.  They will have a priority list and a break down of how and why one thing should be done first and another second.  When done they will have what they need to know how to improve their home.
