It doesn't look like there are any rebates or tax credits for ENERGY STAR or energy efficient refrigerators in the Phoenix area at this time; however, SRP offers a rebate for recycling your old refrigerator.

If you recycle your old refrigerator properly, you may be eligible for a $30 rebate from SRP's Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program.
