Do I have to use one of your listed certified contractors in order to receive the 10 percent rebate from the New York Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program? I'm upgrading my furnace and central air equipment.

To qualify for the New York Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program, you will need to work with a participating BPI certified contractor. If you decide to go through with this program, you'll need to have your home analyzed for it's energy efficiency before installing efficient heating and cooling equipment.
