Yes! There are a number of ways. The best way is to use blown paper or fiberglass from the outside. This can also be done from the inside through the drywall ceilings. Lastly, a high density sheet foam with a high R rating can be added to your roof and then another roof put on over it.
Is it possible to add insulation to a Santa Fe style house (flat roof)? I live in Tucson where that type of roof is common.
