How do I apply for the City of Tallahassee Utility's $100 rebate for Energy Star washers? How long does it take before the credit shows up on my utility bill? Are there specific dates that the rebate is in effect? Do I need to go online to apply for the rebate or does the appliance seller apply for me?

To apply for the City of Tallahassee Utility’s ENERGY STAR appliance rebate program, download and mail in the ENERGY STAR rebate form. You must apply the rebate within 90 days of buying your new clothes washer. The program also offers rebates for freezers and refrigerators.
