In order to qualify for the PECO Smart Home Rebates, your Cool Roof must have an ISR or 0.70 or higher and an ITE of 0.75 or higher. Peco has a list of eligible equipment and measures as well as rebate forms available online. Other eligible appliances include air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, whole-house fans, boilers, water heaters and more.
