I had a 95% efficient furnace installed in my home. Do I qualify for any type of rebate?

If you’re a National Grid customer, you may be eligible for a rebate of up to $600 once the funding has been renewed.

If you would like to make additional energy-efficiency improvements to your home, you might want to think about installing a solar water heater. Not only do solar water heaters reduce your utility bills by using the sun to heat water, but they are also eligible for another federal energy tax credit (this one for renewable energy systems), but also New York state tax credit equal to 25 percent the system's cost.
